America's Emergency Network (AEN)
An emergency communication system which ulilizes the web, a TV channel with live and prerecorded material and an alerting system using parts of FM station's signals (subcarriers) to send messages. Alerts can also be sent to specific mobile phones as text or voice messages and by email.
