Motion Picture Access (MoPix®)
The Rear Window® Captioning and DVS Theatrical® Systems– collectively known as Motion Picture Access or MoPix®– enable millions of people who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision to enjoy first-run theatrical films on the day of release, and during regular screenings. Over 350 systems are installed in North America, and over 100 films are made accessible by the WGBH's Media Access Group every year.
Learn more about current MoPix locations, movies available with closed captioning and description and how to bring the systems to your local theater at the MoPix Web site.
