Screen Reader and Keyboard Support
MAGpie has been tested with JAWS versions 4.01, 4.02, and 4.5 with the Java Access Bridge from Sun. Due to ongoing issues with the Java Swing table component, screen reader users will have access to MAGpie's menus and dialog boxes, but not the table that is used for captioning and describing media. We recognize that this is a serious barrier for users of assistive technology, and are working to solve any issues involved.MAGpie is keyboard accessible, using standard keyboard conventions.
